Setting Up The iOS Mobile App
Setting up the ICW iOS mobile application is seamless. Prior to downloading, be sure to install the latest version of iOS software on your device as ICW supports only from iOS 13 and up.
To have the best experience on the mobile app, we recommend setting your phone to automatic updates.
To change how updates are installed, go to:
- Settings iTunes & App Stores
- then, in the Automatic Downloads section, you can enable App Updates.
If you would not like to set up automatic updates, you can also tap Update on an individual app or tap Update All to immediately refresh those apps.
Logging In
- Log in to your iOS app with the same username and password you use for your Desktop application.
Permissions
ICW requires access to your microphone and also has options to receive push notifications, which allow you to stay informed of missed calls and voicemails as well as displaying your local contacts within the contact section of the ICW mobile application.
In order to provide access to both options, click Allow. You’ll then be taken to the next screen where you should click Continue.
Denying Microphone Permission
You can still access the app, but you will not be able to make calls. When you try to dial, you’ll be prompted again to allow ICW access to your microphone.
Getting Started
Once your setup is complete, you will be taken to the Contact section of the application where you can begin making calls.
