Proof of ID/Address for ICW Numbers- Why?
Why is this necessary?
Due to new laws and regulations, it is no longer possible to purchase and use numbers in certain countries without providing proof of your identification.
As a provider, iCommunicate World must abide by these laws and collect the required documents and information before validating your number.

Who has access to the data I submit?
At ICW, data privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All information is securely collected and your data is encrypted and protected to keep it safe.
I have submitted the information, what’s next?
Once your information has been submitted, it can take up to two business days to verify and validate it. This is to make sure that it is compliant with your local laws and regulations.
Until your information is verified and validated, your number will not be in compliance.
Note: Number validation is a one-time process. Your submitted information is securely stored and will be reused if you create another number in the same location. However, you may have to submit additional documentation when creating a number in another location.
Once your information is validated, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your numbers have been verified.
