Link a Number to Your Account
If you are new to ICW and have logged into your ICW Phone App for the first time, you may encounter the following error message in the Keypad when trying to make a call.
“You don’t have a number associated to your account yet.”
If your Account Administrator has not assigned you to a phone number, you will be unable to make and receive calls until they do so.
Here are the steps to solve this issue:
- Reach out to your Account Administrator and ask them to assign your user in the call flow of a phone number.
- As an Admin user, connect to the Dashboard and then choose a phone number to assign the user to. Admin can also buy a new number for you.
- Refresh your phone application and the number should now appear in the number section.
