Outbound and Inbound Call Rates
Outbound call pricing may vary in ICW and as a best practice, you should get in touch with your Account Manager. If you are currently on a trial, please contact businessteam@icommunicate.world. If you are already a customer and you’re looking to verify the rates or inquire about unlimited bundles, please contact your Account Manager.
Outbound calls are charged per minute, per number type (geographic, toll-free, special, shared,etc.,) and by geographic region. Your outbound calls are charged on a monthly basis and you can directly download your invoice for these calls from the Billing section of the ICW web application.
Please also note that calls forwarded outside of ICW as well external conference calls will be charged outbound rates.
