User vs. Admin – What’s the difference?
The permissions you have enabled on your ICW account determine some of the tasks you’re able to perform. The two sets of permissions are User and Admin.
Let’s look at the biggest differences between the two:
User: This permission level allows access to the ICW app but does not allow access to the ICW Web Application. The user can make and receive calls from the app and define personal preferences. However, user-level permissions cannot modify number settings or preferences from an overall account level.
Admin: This permission level allows access from both the ICW app, as well as the ICW Web Application. Through the dashboard, the admin can add and configure numbers and users. The dashboard also allows access to call analytics, billing information, and other features.
